Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the FastBI platform and website operated by FastBI ("we", "us"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist where applicable, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and authority

FastBI is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization. You represent that registration information is accurate and that you will keep credentials confidential.

The service

FastBI is an AI-assisted analytics platform that connects to your data sources — including warehouses (such as BigQuery), advertising platforms (such as Meta Ads), and similar APIs — and runs analysis against those sources under credentials you control. FastBI orchestrates query or API request generation, validation, execution, and narrative analysis. AI-generated outputs and insights require human review before business decisions. FastBI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Accounts and organizations

Accounts are organized by workspace (organization). Administrators manage members, roles (including analyst and viewer seats), invitations, and connections. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining control of credentials for connected data sources.

Customer data

You retain ownership of data in your connected systems (for example cloud warehouses, advertising accounts, and other APIs) and content you create in FastBI (reports, dashboards, etc.). You grant FastBI a limited license to host, process, and display such data solely to provide the service. For account and service metadata, FastBI acts as a processor; for data in your connected systems, you remain the controller. Our Privacy Policy at /privacy describes data practices in detail.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: violate law or third-party rights; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; scrape or reverse engineer except as permitted by law; misuse AI features to generate harmful or unlawful content; or exceed plan limits or circumvent billing controls.

Third-party services

You must maintain valid accounts and credentials for any third-party services you connect (including warehouses, advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, and similar APIs). Usage charges from those providers are billed by them to you, not by FastBI. Third-party LLM providers may change availability or terms; we are not liable for their outages.

Fees, billing, and analysis capacity

Paid plans (Starter, Startup, SME) are billed monthly at the prices published on our website. A launch offer may apply to Startup analyst seats only, as published. Seats pay for access to FastBI. Each plan includes a monthly analysis capacity allowance for the analytical work FastBI performs. After included analysis capacity is exhausted, additional usage may be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis. Organizations may set a maximum monthly usage budget. Viewer seats, where available, are billed separately as published. Payment and activation may be processed offline or by platform administrators until self-serve checkout is available. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

Intellectual property

FastBI owns the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You own your data and reports. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Confidentiality and security

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care. You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." FASTBI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI OUTPUTS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR MEDICAL ADVICE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTBI'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO FASTBI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS IN YOUR CONNECTED SYSTEMS OR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold FastBI harmless from claims arising from your data, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your use of connected third-party services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access ends; we will delete or return data per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign in connection with a corporate transaction.
